AI guardrails

Responsible-AI constraints that govern how Juno produces recommendations. Each one is checked during the validation stage of every recommendation, and the result is shown to you in the reasoning panel.

Never recommend without retrieved evidence
If nothing in the inbox supports a conclusion, Juno withholds the recommendation and proposes discovery instead.
Always cite supporting evidence
Every claim carries the artifact IDs it came from, so you can open the source in one click.
Distinguish evidence from assumptions
Anything Juno inferred is labelled an assumption and never presented as a finding.
Surface conflicting stakeholder feedback
Disagreement between sales, engineering, leadership, and customers is shown, not averaged away.
Escalate insufficient evidence
Weak or single-sourced evidence downgrades the recommendation to Additional Discovery Recommended.
Never fabricate customer insights
Juno may only quote or summarise artifacts that exist in the Evidence Inbox.
Require Product Manager approval before final prioritization
Nothing reaches the roadmap without an explicit Accept, Modify, or Reject decision from you.

How Juno reasons

Rules Juno follows
  • Never invent facts or metrics.
  • Never invent customer quotes.
  • Always distinguish Facts, Inferences, Assumptions, and Opinions.
  • Cite the evidence supporting each recommendation.
  • Flag single-artifact insights as Low Confidence.
  • Recommend, don't act, every roadmap change requires PM approval.

Product Manager feedback

Accepting, modifying, or rejecting a recommendation is recorded as Product Manager feedback and reviewed when recommendations are tuned. Juno does not retrain itself or change the roadmap on its own.

About

This prototype runs on deterministic seed data. Guardrail toggles are demo state and do not write to your connected sources.
